Drive TaxMater adoption among accounting firms and individual tax preparers across Canada. Build relationships, demo the platform, and close deals that help CPAs modernize their document workflow.
What we’re looking for
Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fintech or accounting software
Excellent communication skills in English (French a plus)
Self-motivated, comfortable in a startup environment
Understanding of Canadian tax season and CPA workflows
Own and scale TaxMater’s cloud infrastructure. Ensure uptime, security, and performance for a growing user base handling sensitive financial documents.
What we’re looking for
Experience with cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or similar), Linux administration
Knowledge of CDN, caching (Cloudflare), SSL/TLS, and DNS management
Database administration (MySQL/MariaDB), backups, and disaster recovery
Be the first line of support for TaxMater users — help clients and accountants navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience during tax season.
What we’re looking for
Customer service experience, ideally in SaaS or tech support
Basic understanding of web applications, browsers, and common tech issues
Patience, empathy, and clear written communication
Grow TaxMater’s online presence and user acquisition. Create campaigns that reach international students, self-employed Canadians, and accounting firms — turning them into active users.
What we’re looking for
Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing
Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Data-driven approach — comfortable with analytics and conversion tracking
Creative copywriting skills, understanding of the Canadian tax landscape
